Review by DAReezan:
What can be said that hasn’t been said about a series with 5 titles out? Nothing except the same thing: It gets better.
• More cards
• More characters
• More minigames
• New animated cards
• *new* PlayStation Network support
• Same Destiny Draw system
Tag Force 5 contains 4727 cards. Dark Tuners and Dark Synchro make a return along with various other anime-only cards such as the “Grannel”, “Machine Emperor”, and “Skiel” cards. Same as always, cards can be bought from 60 different packs using DP earned from dueling other duelists.
Most of the characters from Tag Force 4 make a return in Tag Force 5 along with various others to make the Page 2 and 3 duelists.
Page 1 Duelists include: Yusei Fudo, Jack Atlas, Crow Hogan, Akiza Izinski, Leo, Luna, Carly Carmine, Mina Simington, Tetsu Trudge, Lazar, Vizor, Sherry LeBlanc, Kalin Kessler, Primo, Lester, Jakob, Fake Jack Atlas.
Duels work the same as always. Tag Force 5 uses the March 2010 banlist. New cards with an animation include “Black-Winged Dragon”, “Majestic Star Dragon”, and “Majestic Red Dragon” among others. The number of deck recipes you can save stays at 200. Partnerships continue to last only until the end of the day.
